WBI takes the COVID-19 virus very serious and as precaution, we have our front door locked to limit unnecessary traffic. If you need parts pick up, please call ahead or ring the door buzzer and we can set the part outside or meet you at your service vehicle. We also off jobsite delivery within a 25-mile radius of Downtown Wichita. Most manufacturers are still in production and our availability for parts and other essential components remain strong. In April of 2016 Wichita Burner was purchased by American Boiler Services, Inc. American boiler was founded in 1973 and presently has offices in St. Louis, Kansas City and Salina, Kansas. Michael Hemphill, President and CEO stated “when we purchased Wichita Burner, we knew we were buying a company with a 60 year stellar reputation for quality products, service and installation. Hemphill went on to say that “we are looking forward to taking the previous successes of both companies and building on those, to create an even brighter future for Wichita Burner and all our partners.”
